Programme Highlights

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain hands-on experience in Sales and Administration within the Long-Term Insurance sector.
  • Receive structured theoretical training paired with on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
  • Be appointed on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a monthly allowance of R5,000.
  • Achieve an NQF Level 4 Full Qualification in Insurance upon successful completion.

Key Learnership Outputs

During the programme, learners will be exposed to essential tasks and knowledge areas, including:

  • Assisting with basic research and applying literacy and numeracy skills to evaluate relevant insurance information.
  • Understanding financial risk and managing personal finances effectively.

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
  • Currently unemployed.
  • Not registered for any other studies.
  • Available to start immediately on 1 September 2025.
